Kochi: KK Shailaja is the Health Minister of Kerala. He was highly praised across the country for his work in controlling the Nipah virus in 2018 and the subsequent corona infection. But now Shailaja will not have the post of health minister for long. That's because CM Pinarayi Vijayan has talked about keeping new faces in his cabinet this time. He said old faces in the cabinet would be removed. All new faces will be included.

Since his decision, there has been a stir in Kerala's politics. The biggest controversy is over KK Shailaja not getting a cabinet berth. KK Shailaja is also known as the 'Pandemic Fighter', as he played an important role during the Corona epidemic in 2018. Also mention that left parties have often opposed nepotism in politics. But Vijayan's return to power has also made a familyism entry into his cabinet. Pinarayi Vijayan's new cabinet has included his son-in-law PA Mohammad Riaz. Tell us that Mohammad Riaz is the Chief of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI). Riyaz has been in the CPIM since DYFI. Riyaz married Vijayan's daughter T Veena a year ago and has also become an MLA for the first time in this election.

Earlier on Tuesday, the CPM party had a meeting. It was decided in the meeting that CM Pinarayi Vijayan would be the only old minister in the new government. All other new faces will be included. Pinarayi Vijayan soon going to swear-in as CM for the second time on Thursday.
