Mask compulsory for one year in this state, new rules made for funeral

Kochi: In view of the Corona epidemic, the Kerala government has changed the epidemic ordinance. Under this, the Kerala government will strictly implement the restrictions related to covid-19 for the whole year. People will be required to wear masks, maintain a distance of two yards and ban the gathering of people.

According to the order, people will be required to wear a face mask on exit. It will be mandatory to install masks in all public places, workplaces, all tarh trains and transport services. All people have to maintain a distance of six feet among themselves. This rule has to be strictly followed in all public places and public events. There will not be more than 50 people gathered for wedding programs. Sanitation would be necessary in such a program. Those who will take part in any kind of event, sanitizer will be made available by the organizer.

Similar rules have been made for funeral. Not more than 20 people will be able to participate in such a program. Everyone has to put on a face mask and maintain physical distance. If a person has died of corona, then his funeral will be done according to the guidelines issued by the Center and the state government.
