Kochi: The Governor of Kerala has once again become an attacker on the Left government of Kerala. Governor Arif Mohammad Khan said that the ministers involved in the government are wasting public money. The governor has also advised the opposition leader to learn from Oommen Chandy and Ramesh Chennithala. He said that most of the state ministers have more than 20 private employees. When I was a Union Minister, I had only 11 employees. Ministers are wasting public money.

The governor further said that, in order to guarantee the pension to others every 2 years, the change of employees should be stopped. He said that till this matter is not resolved, I will keep trying. Along with this, he also reprimanded the Leader of Opposition VD Satisan and AK Balan. He said that no one should try to control the Raj Bhavan. He said that AK Balan is behaving childishly. He also advised VD Satishan to learn from Oommen Chandy and Ramesh Chennithala.

There has been a tussle between the Governor and the Government of Kerala on many issues. In December 2021, Governor Khan had said that he did not want any dispute with the Kerala government. Actually, the convocation ceremony was organized at Agriculture University in December. At this time the governor told CM Pinarayi Vijayan that I am not coming. A day before the ceremony, the Governor had written a letter to the CM asking him to take over the post of Chancellor. I don't want to work as chancellor.
