necessary ingredients-
Pistachio: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 4 tablespoons
Basmati rice (grinded): 2 tablespoons
Saffron: few
Ilachi powder: 1 tablespoon
Milk: 350 grams

Method - Take a bowl for this. After that add rice to it. Now add water to it and keep it to soak for 10 minutes. After this take a pan and add milk to it. Now stir the milk and let it boil for 5-6 minutes. After this, when the milk starts coming up, add soaked rice to it. Now stir the rice and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Now cook until the rice is soft. After this add pistachios, elaichi powder and sugar and keep stirring the milk. Stir for 2-3 minutes and remove the pan from the oven. Now after this put it in a bowl and add 2-3 pieces of saffron. Now you can serve hot or keep it in the refrigerator to serve cold.
