Material Required-
One and a half cup green moong dal
2 onions
2 tsp
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 pinch baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 potatoes
3 green chillies
2 tablespoons coriander leaves
1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
Salt to taste
1 cup gram flour

Method of preparation - For this, first soak green moong dal in a bowl of water. Now grind it in a grinder with asafetida and green chillies. After this, boil the potatoes in a pot and mash the boiled potatoes and mix it with moong dal paste and gram flour. Mix it well Now heat oil in a pan and after heating the oil, make balls of paste and pour it. Now when crisp and brown, take them out from the pan. After this the hot potato dal dumplings are ready. Serve it with green coriander chutney.

Method of preparation of green coriander Chutney

material -
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons mint leaves
1 tablespoon peanuts
1 Green Chili, chopped
1/2 inch long piece of ginger
1 tsp sugar, (optional
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons water

Method - For this, take peanuts, green chillies, ginger, sugar and salt in a small jar of mixer. Now grind them finely, and add green coriander, mint addresses, lemon juice and water and grind again finely. Now take it out in a small bowl and in this way green coriander chutney is ready.
