New Delhi: The violence that was witnessed at a tractor rally organised by farmers' organisations in the country's capital, Delhi, was drawn up several days ago. The separatist Khalistani group, the Sikh for Justice, which sits abroad and operates extremist activities, had announced a grant of US $2.5 lakh to the flag hoisting at the Red Fort. The question arises whether the Delhi police and other central security agencies had taken the announcement of Pannu lightly.

The formula points out that the question was raised at a high-level meeting held in the Union Home Ministry on Tuesday. When Pannu's message was with the police, why were there no foolproof arrangements to deal with the tractor rally? A response has been summoned from security agencies over the lapse. Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, whose organization had started coming to many people two weeks ago, had started coming to a big job on 26th January. His message was reached to the security agencies. Coming 26th January and at the Red Fort, there is an Indian tricolour. On 26th January, remove the tricolour and replace it with the flag of Khalistan. In his message, he also said that those who remove the Indian tricolour will receive a reward of US $2.5 lakh.

Pannu also released a video. Through this, he was trying to connect the present movement of farmers with the anti-Sikh riots of 1984. His supporters reportedly tried their best to make the farmers' protest a "Sikh struggle". In addition to 2.5 million US dollars, the Sikh for Justice had also lured young farmers to give foreign citizenship to woo the protestors.
