On Thursday, Kia India introduced the top-of-the-line X-Line model of the Sonet sub-compact SUV in the nation, with prices starting at $13.39 lakh and rising to $13.9 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom). This Sonet X-Line is placed above the Sonet GTX+, the current top model. The athletic Sonet X-Line features a unique exterior paint colour of Matte Graphite, a dual-tone interior design with Splendid Sage, and crystal-cut alloy wheels with black high gloss.
Customers can reserve the Sonet X-Line at any Kia India dealership in the nation as well as online at the business's main website. A 1.0 T-GDi petrol engine with a seven-speed DCT configuration and a 1.5 L CRDi diesel engine with a six-speed AT configuration are both available for the Kia Sonet X-Line.
The Sonet X-Line adds a number of special features over and above the standard Sonet GT Line, boosting the car's overall attractiveness. The iconic tiger nose grille and the rear skid plates receive a complete redesign in terms of design. The rear skid plates now have dark hyper metal accents, while the tiger nose grille has been given a black high gloss finish.
Other improvements over the Kia Sonet GTX+ include a shark-fin antenna in matte graphite, piano black dual muffler design, dark hyper metal highlights, exterior mirrors with LED turn signals, turbo-shaped muscular piano black front skid plates, and dark chrome fog lamp garnish. The car also has an X-Line Emblem on it.
The Kia Sonet X-interior Line is finished with leatherette sports seats, a D-cut steering wheel wrapped in a leatherette with orange stitching and an X-Line emblem, and a premium black headliner. The Sonet X-Line will strengthen the sub-compact SUV's sales momentum, which has seen over 1.5 lakh units sold and an approximately 15% market share in the compact SUV segment. With the X-Line, Kia has demonstrated its design talent by providing a chic and unique product.
