Kota: An incident of kidnapping of the minor brother of a rape victim has come to light in Kota, Rajasthan. The rape convict wanted to get the case against him returned through kidnapping. The police arrested the culprit and freed the minor from his captivity. According to police, a case of rape was registered against Ronak Dhobi (23) a year ago. Ronak was on bail in the incident. On Saturday, the rape victim's family called the police. He said Ronak has kidnapped his class VII minor son and is pressurising them to withdraw the case.

According to the police, Ronak had abducted the minor from the market of Tathed village on Saturday morning. The area falls under the Kaithoon police station in Kota. After the child was molested, Ronak called his family and said that he would not leave their son until they withdrew the rape case against him.

Kaithoon police station SHO Mahendra Maru said the child's family lodged a case at around 1 pm and the police searched for him at 5 pm within four hours. A police team reached the spot and arrested Ronak. A case has been registered against the culprit Ronak. A police team is investigating the case. Let us know that Ronak also has four other cases of rape, attempt to murder and arms act registered against him.
