The woman who died in the case has been identified as Gudiya Devi, a resident of Ambala in Haryana. In this case, it is being told that the arrested accused along with his wife had come to his younger brother's house in the Alipur area of Delhi to pick up his daughter from Ambala. In fact, his daughter had come to her uncle's house fifteen days ago and according to the information received, on the night of April 22, the police came to know about a woman lying unconscious in the house of a woman in Budhpur village of Alipur. The police, who reached the spot, in this case, noticed that there were deep injury marks on the woman's face. In such a situation, the police took the woman to Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital, where she was declared brought dead.
However, an investigation revealed that the deceased Gudiya Devi lived in Ambala with her husband Janam Jai Singh and two children. About 15 days ago, her 12-year-old daughter Manpreet had come to her uncle Rajkumar's house. Born on April 20, Jai Singh had come to his younger brother's house with his wife and one-and-a-half-year-old son to take his daughter back. According to the statement given by Rajkumar's wife Radhika to the police, in the afternoon, the two brothers drank alcohol and in the afternoon, his brother-in-law, under the influence of alcohol, asked his wife to go to Ambala. Though Jethani said that she is quite tired today, she will go home tomorrow. At this point, Jeth got angry and started beating his wife while abusing her.
During this time, on being defended, they ran to kill him too, then Radhika took the children out of the house and left them playing there and went to the factory at work. After this, when she came in the night, no one opened the door and after making a lot of noise, when Jeth opened the door, she saw that Jethani had fallen on the floor and blood was coming out of her mouth. During this time, she was alive and her breathing was going on. After seeing this, Radhika immediately called the police and informed them, and then the police who reached the spot took her to the hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead.
