EPL club Norwick City have announced an agreement with England's UNDER-21 international midfielder Kieren Dowell. Dowell, who left the Everton club to join Norwick, has signed a contract for a 3-year contract. Dowell joined the club at the age of 7 and has spent most of his time at the club's academy. He played his first match with the senior team in the UEFA Europe League in 2014. He played his first match in the Premier League against Kaneris in the 2015–16 season.
Dowell scored five goals in 22 matches for Everton in the 2016–17 season. He has played for England's under-16, 17, 18, 20 and UNDER-21 teams since 2012. In addition, he has also been part of the England team that won the UNDER-20 FIFA World Cup in 2017.
