New Delhi: Team India has reached Trinidad for the five-match T20 series against the Windies at their home. In this, a piece of bad news has come for the fans that star opener KL Rahul has not reached West Indies with the team. The main reason for this is his fitness. Actually, Rahul had recently undergone surgery in Germany. After this, he recovered that he was caught by Corona. Rahul has also recovered from Corona, but the medical team of BCCI has asked him to take a rest for a few days. After Corona, Rahul has a little weakness.

This is the reason why KL Rahul's exit from the T20 series against the West Indies is considered to be certain. In fact, after the West Indies, Team India has to go on a tour of Zimbabwe. In such a situation, it is expected that KL Rahul can return to the Indian team from this tour. These days KL Rahul is present at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru. Here he is recovering from injury and corona. Last month, in June, Rahul had an operation for a sports hernia in Germany. After this, Rahul came directly to the Bengaluru NCA. Here he also got corona positive.

Let us know that KL Rahul was selected in team India to tour the West Indies. But it was also stipulated that Rahul would have to pass a fitness test at the NCA before going on the West Indies tour. But, now it has come to light that the medical team has advised Rahul to take some more rest.
