According to the Kolkata Police, Amir Khan's father Naser Khan, a transport dealer by trade, genuinely owned the house where ED sleuths seized enormous amounts of cash. Along with finding a sizable sum of money, the ED investigators also found some papers and a journal in the room where the money was hidden on September 10.
In accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), the ED conducted raids on six locations in Kolkata on September 10. Based on a complaint made by Federal Bank officials against Amir Khan and others, a case was opened at the Park Street police station in Kolkata.
E-Nuggets was a mobile gaming app that Amir Khan had introduced; it was made with the intention of scamming users. Users initially gained confidence because they were paid with commission during the early stages and could easily withdraw their wallet balance, which led them to start spending larger sums in order to earn higher commission percentages and more buy orders.
