The nation especially the Tamilian have stood against the decision of banning of Jallikattu but PETA is all in the favour of banning Jallikattu. They believes that bulls who takes participate in this ritual are not treated well.

Also the decision of Supreme Court outraged the people in Tamil Nadu. When the whole Tamilian stands in oppose of the decision of Supreme Court, now actors like Rajinikanth, Dhanush, Suriya and Ajith have joined hands to protest the ban.

Also PETA awarded Dhanush also but now Dhanush regretting it, "A few years ago, PETA honoured me for being a vegetarian. I now consider it a grave insult. I regret it."

Aishwaryaa.R.Dhanush supported the protest and tweeted, "None of us are members of PETA n we as a family are proud of every Tamilian involved in this massive movement n stand by in full support."
