Kamal Rashid Khan, popularly known as KRK, was arrested in Mumbai over a controversial tweet from 2020. KRK was arrested after he landed at Mumbai Airport. He will be presented before Borivali Court today, according to Mumbai Police. Kamal R Khan is a self-proclaimed critic famous for his Harsh and Bizzaire reviews. From Salman Khan to Arjun Kapoor KRK has not left any celebrity for criticism. 

KRK was arrested after a case was registered against him in 2020 for his social media attacks on Irrfan and Rishi Kapoor. A lookout notice was issued against KRK after which, an FIR was registered against him in 2020. The complaint was filed by Yuva Sena member Rahul Kanal. He will be produced today in Borivali court at 11 pm on August 30. He was arrested under Sections 153A, 294, 500, 501, 505, 67, 98 of the IPC.

Rahul Kanal in an interview said that, "Kamal R Khan has been arrested today on my complaint. I welcome this move by Mumbai police. He makes derogatory comments on social media and uses foul language. Such kind of behavior is unacceptable in society. By arresting him, Mumbai police has sent out a strong message against such people,"

KRK recently also slammed Virat Kohli in his tweet he wrote, “Virat Kohli is the first cricketer in India who is having a problem of depression. Ye hai result ek heroine se shaadi karne ka. She must have put in his head that he is having a depression problem.”
