He also said that he will take the responsibility of filling up the posts of corporations and other nominated posts along with party leaders. For the last seven years, there has been an illusion of nominated posts for TRS leaders. Barring a few, a large number of posts are kept vacant by the government now and then. These posts have been a surprise element to TRS leaders as most were given to leaders who jumped into TRS or were given at a time when elections were held. The chief minister and other leaders are understood to have noticed growing discontent among the party cadre for the "extreme delay" in awarding the nominated posts. 

Many leaders were unhappy over not getting any post even after seven years of TRS government. Now in order to pacify such leaders, the party has decided to give nominated posts. Party leaders will also get party posts as committees are being formed in the districts. This exercise will continue till September 20. Party leaders believe that these posts can be given during Dussehra, as by that time the party would have completed the formation of committees and occupied the nominated posts.
