Chandigarh: The ongoing suspicions about Kuldeep Bishnoi, who is considered to be a non-Jat face in the Politics of Haryana, is about to end. He himself has announced that he will quit the Congress and take on the BJP on Thursday. Kuldeep said among supporters in Adampur that he is going to say goodbye to Congress after six years and start a new political journey. Kuldeep Bishnoi may be going to join the saffron party, but his political path in the party is not going to be easy. In fact, he will have to fight a big battle to establish himself in the BJP camp.
It may be recalled that due to 'cross voting' during the Rajya Sabha elections in Haryana, the Congress had removed Kuldeep Bishnoi from all party posts. Since then, Kuldeep Bishnoi has openly started a series of meetings with BJP leaders. After several rounds of meetings with state Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar to BJP national president JP Nadda, he announced that he would quit the Congress and join the saffron party at a large public meeting in Adampur on Tuesday.
Kuldeep Bishnoi's joining the BJP is expected to create a stir in the state's polity as he is the son of former Haryana CM Bhajan Lal. He is considered to be a non-Jat face in Haryana politics. For Kuldeep Bishnoi, the political path is not easy even after joining the BJP as he will have to work hard to establish himself within the party. In such a situation, Kuldeep Bishnoi has to suffer many political challenges before.
