Today is the birthday of famous Bollywood actor Kunal Kapoor. Kunal was born on October 18, 1977, in Mumbai. Kunal Kapoor appears in very few films now but fans loved him at the beginning of his career. Early in his career, he acted in films including 'Rang De Basanti,' 'Laaga Chunari Mein Daag,' 'Dear Zindagi,' and 'Aja Nachle' which were all excellent. Kunal Kapoor's father Avikishore Kapoor was a construction businessman and his mother Kannan is a singer. Kunal's parents are originally from Amritsar in Punjab and have two sisters Geeta and Reshma older than him.

Talking about Kunal, he was interested in films from the very beginning and that is why he joined acting classes. Kunal started his career as an assistant director. He became an assistant director in Amitabh Bachchan and Manoj Bajpayee starrer 'Aks.' He started her acting career with the 2004 film 'Meenaxi: A Tale of Three Cities.' He was seen with Tabu in the film and his next film after the film was Aamir Khan's 'Rang De Basanti.' Kunal got a big recognition from this film. After this film, he appeared in three Yash Raj Films films 'Laaga Chunari Mein Daag,' 'Aja Nachle,' and 'Bachna Ae Haseeno.'

Kunal then took a two-year break, and in 2010 he acted in Rahul Dholakia's 'Lamha.' The film was followed by Kunal in films including 'Don 2,' 'Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana', 'Kaun Kitne Paani Mein' which were excellent. Kunal got married in the year 2015 and is married to Naina, daughter of Amitabh Bachchan's brother Ajitabh Bachchan. Kunal is Amitabh Bachchan's son-in-law and now he stays away from films.
