A Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) terrorist was detained by Assam Rifles and Manipur Police in a joint operation in Manipur's Moreh district on Saturday, according to an official. Acting on specific information, the Assam Rifles and Manipur Police conducted a series of operations in Moreh, Myanmar's border town, and arrested the rebel.
