Freedom fighter Lala Hardayal was born on this day. Yes, he was born on 14th October 1884 in the Punjabi family of Delhi. Hardayal was born to Bholi Rani and Gauri Dayal Mathur. Lala is not a nickname for Hardayal, but at that time it was a sub-caste designation among the Kayastha community. Not only that, but in their caste, they give pandit to the knowledgeable people.
Now, talk about Hardayal, in the early days of his life, he was influenced by the Arya Samaj. Not only that, he also joined The Bhikaji Kama, Shyam Krishna Verma and Vinayak Damodar Savartax. After that, Karl Marx, Guisepe Majzini, and Mikhail Bakunin received a lot of inspiration and went on their way. He read at Cambridge Mission School and named bachelor's degree in Sanskrit from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
He then took a master's degree in Sanskrit from the University of Punjab. After reading for a long time, he began writing articles for famous newspapers in India. It is said that when the British government saw his articles, they banned him. Thereafter, Lala Lajpat Rai advised him to leave India and go abroad, assuming that hardayal San Francisco (USA) reached in the year 1910. There he organised the labourers from India. Thereafter, a letter called "Gadar" was removed and on the basis of this, the party's name was also kept as "Gadar party".
It is said that the "Gadar" letter drew the attention of the world to the atrocities being committed by the British in India. Let me tell you that many Ghadar party was established on 25th June, 1913 E. And the party was born in the ' Astoria ' of San Francisco, U.S.A., with the aim of uprooting the English Empire. Lala Hardayal was its general secretary. Well, let us also tell you that Lala Hardayal died in Philadelphia on March 4, 1938, but he made his place in millions of hearts.
