Ranchi: Safety convicted RJD president in a fodder scam sh foremost cases Lalu Prasad Yadav was a big relief. The Ranchi High Court has granted bail to former CM Lalu Yadav with conditions. The case was listed for hearing on April 9 as well, but the CBI had sought time from the court to file its reply. Lalu will now get out of jail. Lalu is currently undergoing treatment at AIIMS in Delhi.

While delivering the verdict on Lalu's bail plea, the Ranchi High Court has ordered that Lalu will have to pay a bond of one lakh rupees for bail. One million rupees will have to be deposited in the fine. Along with this, they will also have to submit their passport to the court. They will not be able to go abroad without the permission of the court. Along with this, they will not have to change their address and mobile number.

Explain that in the case of illegal withdrawal from the Dumka treasury, the RJD supremo had filed a petition claiming half the sentence for bail. In this case, the CBI court sentenced Lalu Prasad to seven years for seven years in two different sections. Former CM Lalu Prasad claimed that he had completed half the sentence. At the same time, the CBI had said that half the punishment of Lalu Prasad has not yet completed. Nevertheless, he has been granted bail.
