Patna: Another major relief for RJD supremo and former CM Lalu Yadav. In fact, sources said the CBI has given a clean chit to Lalu Yadav in the DLF bribery case. It is also learnt that lalu yadav was given this clean chit not yet but during the tenure of former direct rishi kumar shukla.

In 2018, the CBI registered the case as a preliminary inquiry into the PE, but after investigating the case, when no concrete evidence was found, the file was closed and the RJD supremo was given a clean chit. In the case, it was alleged that in 2007, alleged shell company AB Export Pvt Ltd had purchased assets worth Rs 5 crore in New Friends Colony in Delhi. This colony was built by DLF. Then in 2011, Lalu Yadav's children Tejashwi, Chanda and Ragini bought AB Export for Rs 4 lakh. In this way, Lalu allegedly got property worth crores of rupees for just Rs 4 lakh. Thereafter, it was alleged that DLF bribed through AB Exports. The bribe was paid in lieu of the project of New Delhi railway station and Bandra railway station

Let us tell you that Lalu Yadav was granted bail only last month in the Dumka Treasury case related to fodder scam. Lalu Yadav was sentenced to 7 years in jail for illegal withdrawal of Rs 3.13 crore from Dumka Treasury. She had been in jail for more than three years. However, he was admitted to delhi AIIMS due to his deteriorating health. But as soon as he was granted bail, Lalu's health began to improve and he has shifted to his daughter Misa Bharti's house.
