Lata Mangeshkar reacts after Rihanna's tweet on farmers' protest

Lata Mangeshkar, a great Bollywood singer and honoured with Bharat Ratna, has recently supported the centre. She has supported the government's stance on farmers' performance and also tweeted. In the tweet, she wrote, "the country is able to solve problems amicably". The farmers' agitation is going on against the new agricultural laws of the Center. Pop movement singer Rihanna, climate activist Greta Thunberg and others have commented on this movement itself. Their comments were followed by a stern response from the Ministry of External Affairs. On this, Lata Mangeshkar has made a comment on Twitter with the hashtags India Together and India Against Propaganda.

 


In her tweet, she said, 'India is a great country and we all Indians are proud of it.' Lata Mangeshkar has written in the caption, 'As a proud Indian, I am very confident that any issue or problem that we are facing as a country, should be taken into consideration for the interests of our people. We are able to resolve harmoniously. Long live India.'

Many stars and cricketers have also tweeted so far. Just yesterday, Virat Kohli tweeted and wrote, 'Come, let us all be united in this era of disagreement. Farmers are an integral part of our country and I am confident that a harmonious solution will be found between all the parties to bring peace and move forward together. ' Apart from him, Sachin Tendulkar, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn have also tweeted.
