Indore: The rain has continued in Madhya Pradesh. Due to the heat and humidity in the state's financial capital, people were troubled throughout the day on Saturday, after which there was relief in the evening. Rain showers started in Palasiya and Tilak Nagar areas at 5.30 pm. After this, the phase of Jhajhajam continued for half an hour in the Vijay Nagar area at 6.30 pm.

At 9 o'clock on Saturday night, a sudden drizzle started in the city which turned into rain. The airport area received 11.4 mm (about half an inch) of rain from Friday night to Saturday 8 am, while Regal and Palasia area recorded 23.7 mm (about one inch) of rain. So far, 112 mm (four and a half inches) of rain has been received in Indore this season. Indore receives an average of 153.2 mm (six inches) of rain in June. On Saturday, the maximum temperature was 33.2 degrees, which was normal. The minimum temperature was one degree above normal at 22.1 degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, a Dronika is going to Marathwada from north-east Madhya Pradesh. Because of this, the entire Madhya Pradesh including Indore is receiving light and heavy rain somewhere along with thunder and glow. Apart from this, the scientific scientist PK Saha said that on Sunday too, there is a possibility of thunderstorm and rain in many parts of the state including Indore-Bhopal.
