To make this poha you will need these things-
Half cup gourd or milk or ghee
A cup of pohe
100 grams Peanut
A spoon cumin
A pinch of black pepper powder
2 green chillies
A spoonful of jaggery podder
How to make gourd poha
Clean the gourd, peel and grate it. Wash the pohe with water and filter it.
Heat desi ghee in a pan. Then add chopped green chillies and cumin seeds.
Now add grated gourd to it and mix it well. Let it cook while stirring for 3-4 minutes.
Now fry peanuts, grind them coarsely, and mix them in the mixture.
Add the pohe after a while and cook on low heat.
Now add salt, black pepper and jaggery powder to it. Use jaggery only if you want.
After poha is ready, you can decorate it with pieces of raw coconut, coriander and lemon according to your taste.
