New Delhi: Realme's newest smartphone in the 10 series known as the 10s has just been released in China. Key highlights of the device include a 50MP main camera, 50Hz LCD display, Dimensity 810 chipset, and a massive 5,000mAh battery.

The official launch dates of the device in India and other international markets are still unknown.

The latest entry-level smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer has gone on sale in China. The latest phone boasts of a powerful battery, ample amount of storage and excellent camera quality.

Only the Realme 10 Pro series of this lineup is currently being offered in India. Whether the 10s will reach our market is unknown.

The Realme 10s sports a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, waterdrop notch, and a noticeable bottom bezel. There is a dual camera module on its rear.

The smartphone features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,408 pixels) LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 400-nits peak brightness, 401 PPI pixel density, and 90.4% screen ratio.

It measures 8.1mm in thickness and weighs 191g.

Both a 2MP (f/2.8) portrait lens and a 50MP (f/1.8) primary camera with an LED flash are included on the Realme 10s. For taking selfies and making video calls, it sports a front facing 8MP (f/2.0) camera.

Along with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, the Realme 10s is powered by a Dimensity 810 chipset. Realme UI 3.0 running on Android 12 boots. There is a 5,000mAh battery inside that can be charged at 33W.

In terms of connectivity, it has a Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual SIM, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2 and 5G.

The Realme 10s models with 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB storage are priced at CNY 1,099 (roughly Rs. 13,000) and CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs. 15,500), respectively. It comes in Crystal Black and Streamer Blue colours. It will be available for purchase in China from December 20.
