1. Tell us more about your background and journey. When did you first decide you wanted to pursue music and how did you start?
Ans. Well, my first step towards my passion for music was when, at the age of 3, I performed at my school annual function. I was appreciated a lot for my performance and from there my journey towards music started. My music was always appreciated at my school and college. People around me suggested pursuing music and growing up in the music industry. Being a scholar, I was always focused on my studies. After getting top rank at the university, I pursued a career in engineering like every other guy. I shifted to Indore for my job and this is where my music journey started. Initially, I started music gigs just for fun. My first gig was at Pitchers. People started liking my voice and gradually I started improvising my own style to start performing professionally. The owner of the club was a big support in my career to groom and take my passion into my profession.

2. Who is your favorite artist and why?
Ans. My inspiration list counts Ed Sheeran for his unique musical style ,Arijit Singh, Atif Aslam, the evergreen Kishore Kumar. Being a singer as well as an artist is a difficult journey. But if you enjoy your music and your performance style, then go for it! I follow this mantra and learn from inspiration. I am all set on creating milestones in my career.

3. Is formal training required or can one train themselves purely on the basis of talent?
Ans. Despite no formal training in music, Vivran has overcome the fine line of technicality and musical language impressively. My voice is all about the confidence and passion that I have gained over the period of time by performing.

4. Which is your favorite book and why?
Ans. Well, I am not a kitabi keeda. But sometimes you know you feel like trying out new things, and I just wanted to give it a shot. My recent favorite book is "Subtle art of not giving a fuck." This book really describes the world around you and how important you must give to the people around you. Your choices, your passion, don't require anyone's permission. It describes how one keeps moving towards one's goal despite what society thinks. Which is a very important message for every artist in their life.
