Bhopal: Villagers are also on alert against illegal liquor traders in Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal. In Bhopal, a Bolero car was seized and handed over to the police by the villagers. There was a huge amount of alcohol in the car. It is being said that the liquor was brought for sale at Dhabas in the area. The excise department team recovered the car and arrested the driver. Excise department officials say that the entire case is being investigated.

According to information received, in the Khajuri Road police station area, villagers found a Bolero car parked in suspicious condition. The car was full of illicit liquor. At the same time, some villagers approached the car. The matter was reported to the police and the excise department. According to the news received from sources, the car loaded with illicit liquor is said to belong to mafias. Acting on a tip-off that an illegal liquor car was parked from the villagers, a team of excise department rushed to the spot and recovered the car.  

On the same occasion, the excise department team seized several cartons of liquor, including Kingfisher beer. At the same time, the excise department has been on the lookout for the mafias in the custody of the car driver. Departmental officials say that a complaint has been registered under the Excise Act. Let us know that in the countryside, the car was parked by the driver and waiting for someone.
