New Delhi: The Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia till April 27 in the case of the ED probing Delhi's liquor scam. In this way, Manish Sisodia, accused in the liquor scam, has once again received a big blow from the court. At the same time, ED has told the court that it will file the charge sheet in the case by the end of this month. Sisodia's judicial custody was ending today. After which he was presented in court once again today.
Let us tell you that the CBI arrested Manish Sisodia on February 26 in Delhi's liquor scam case. He was arrested after a long interrogation of Manish Sisodia. Manish is currently imprisoned in Tihar Jail. ED is probing money laundering in the liquor policy case. On April 5, the court extended Manish Sisodia's custody to the ED until April 17. At the same time, Delhi CM and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal is now seen getting stuck in trouble in this matter.
Last Sunday, the CBI interrogated Arvind Kejriwal for about 9 hours. Kejriwal himself said that the investigating agency had asked him a total of 56 questions, and every small and big question related to liquor policy was asked to him.
