The number of corona infections in India has crossed the 2.5 lakh mark just after three days of touching. In the last 24 hours, 1,501 people have died due to corona infection. More than 2 lakh 61 thousand corona cases have been registered in the country, which is about 11.5% more than the 2.34 lakh of the previous day.

Out of the new cases of infection, 31 cases came from South Andaman district in the order of identification of the persons who came in contact with the infected and 11 new cases were detected due to the investigation at the airport.
