Actually, Chirag believes that by issuing an early election manifesto, Bihar will be able to contest elections on the issue of development rather than caste religion. However, this stand of Chirag has sparked debate in the politics of Bihar. The NDA itself does not agree with Chirag's appeal. According to JDU leader Ghulam Rasool Baliyavi, every party has been issuing electoral manifestos on its own and in such a situation, this issue should be left to the special party. However, Sanjay Paswan, a BJP leader, and former Union Minister is trying to declare Chirag Paswan's appeal for a better and democratic tradition. Sanjay Paswan has even claimed that this thinking belongs to the young politician of today, so there should be no objection to implementing it.
