5. E-commerce companies will be able to start work. Necessary clearance will have to be obtained for vehicles used for delivery.

6. It will be the responsibility of the district administration to arrange for home delivery of all essential services. If this happens, not many people will exit. It will be necessary to follow social distancing at shops.
