Prime Minister Modi is also silent on this. He even said, "Why is the Prime Minister, who speaks his mind every week, silent on the pain of Kashmiris? The incidents are increasing day by day. The Prime Minister is just sitting with a lock on his mouth. Due to this, Vivek Khandelwal also accused Kashmiri Pandits of atrocities during the tenure of the BJP government.
