A video of a policeman taking liquor in luxor is going viral on social media. When the video went viral, the officials reached the point and registered a case against the canteen operator in the case. Simultaneously, policemen purchasing liquor are also being investigated. There are orders to open liquor shops including all shops during the lockdown period from seven to four in the morning.

On Sunday, a policeman stationed at Kotwali reached a liquor shop near the overbridge on Govardhanpur Road with a colleague. During that time the salesman was present inside the shop itself. The policemen opened the shop at seven in the evening and went away with alcohol. In the meantime someone made a video of the policemen's mobile and posted it on social media. The video went viral in no time.

When the video CO of the case reached Avinash Verma, he directed the investigation. After this, a resident of Nitin, who runs a liquor canteen, has filed a case against Bargaon, District Saharanpur for violating the lockdown. The CO said that police personnel are being investigated in the case. Action will be taken on the basis of whatever comes out in the investigation.
