It is said that once some people of the Lohar tribe tried to uproot the furs, but when the furs were not uprooted, they cut off the upper part of it. However, he too failed to take her. It is also said that after this incident, the people of the Lohar tribe living nearby started dying one by one, after which they left the area. Even today the people of this tribe are afraid of living in the surrounding villages. An interesting story is hidden behind Lord Parashuram's arrival at Tanginath Dham and putting his ax in the ground. It is believed that when Lord Rama broke Shivaji's bow during Mata Sita's Swayamvara in Janakpur in Tretayug, Parshuram ji reached Janakpur in anger after hearing his fierce sound and he called him very bad without recognizing Lord Rama and Laxman. , But later when he realized that Ram ji is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, he was very ashamed and dense to atone for his actions Went on a mountain between Nglon. At the same time, he buried his ax and started doing penance. The same place is today known as Tanginath Dham. It is said that apart from the furs, the footprint of Lord Parshuram is also present here.

Let us tell you that there are also hundreds of Shivling and ancient idols in Tanginath Dham and that too under the open sky. It is said that in 1989, the Archaeological Department had done an excavation here, in which many precious items including diamond studded crown and gold-silver jewelery were found. However, the excavation was stopped suddenly. Now what was the reason behind this, it is still a mystery. At the same time, the things found in the excavation are still kept in the Dumri police station store.
