For many years, Amruta Khanvilkar has been a well-known name in the entertainment sector. She and her husband Himanshu Malhotra previously competed on the reality series Nach Baliye, winning the competition. Amruta later appeared in Hindi and Marathi films, and she currently appears in the celebrity dance reality series Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. Amruta acknowledged on stage that Madhuri Dixit, a Bollywood judge and actress, is the inspiration behind her desire to pursue a career in acting and dance.

Amruta Khanvilkar's opening performance was a fusion in which she performed a "lavani" on the song "Haaye Garmi" by Nora Fatehi. Karan Johar remarked, "If Madhuri Dixit is the "queen of expression," then Amruta is the "princess of expression" after the judges were rendered speechless. In agreement with Karan, Madhuri received praise from Nora Fatehi as well. She advised Pratik Utekar, the choreographer for Chandramukhi's star, to explore different genres because he has an incredible partner.

Amruta Khanvilkar's mother asked Madhuri Dixit to join her daughter on stage after the performance because Amruta had been inspired by Madhuri. Madhuri gave the contestant's mother a warm hug in return. She reminded the judge of her mother, she said. Amruta revealed that she had been performing only the "Dhak Dhak" girl's songs at dance competitions in her hometown of Pune since she was four years old. Madhuri also embraced Amruta. She made her stage debut while singing "Ankhiyaan Milaau Kabhi Ankhiyaan Churaau."

Amruta Khanvilkar got emotional and further added that a lot of middle-class Maharashtrian girls are actresses because of Madhuri Dixit.
