In fact, Kedar Patel, a resident of Gotegaon police station area of the district, was eating in his house on the night of Bhai Dooj, in the meantime, the cat passed in front of him.

Seeing this, he asked his 18-year-old son Abhishek Patel to drive away the cat, but the son did not listen. Seeing this disobedience, the father became so furious that first he caught the cat and killed it and then stabbed his son on the neck with the same sharp weapon. The teenager died on the spot. After this incident, there was a stir in the area. 

After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and arrested the accused father. At the same time, the body of the minor has been sent to the district hospital for post-mortem.   According to Narsinghpur ASP Sunil Kumar Shivhare, the immediate anger of the father was the reason for the murder and the accused father is in the custody of the police.
