Bhopal: The state government is going through a period of financial crisis. Today, on Tuesday, the government will once again take a loan of one thousand crore rupees from the market. This amount will be used for development projects and financial activities. Let us tell you that the government has already taken a loan of 19 thousand 600 crores in a year. With this, the debt over the state has become nearly two lakh crore rupees.

According to the information received on this matter, after the reduction of Rs 14 thousand 233 crore in central taxes, the financial management of the government has gone awry. The decision to increase Dearness Allowance and Relief to about 15 lakh employees and pensioners in Madhya Pradesh has not been decided yet. Due to lack of funds, major cuts have also been made in the budget of the departments.

The government has put a stop on many expenses. Due to which the work in progress can be hindered due to financial crisis, there is no such obstruction, so it has been decided to take this loan. This loan is being taken from the market through the Reserve Bank of India for ten years. Finance department officials have said that loans are being made within the limits prescribed in the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act. This state can be borrowed up to 3.5 percent of the gross domestic product (GSDP).
