Bhopal: To promote industries in the state, the Shivraj government has issued the 'Simplification of Establishment and Operation of Madhya Pradesh Industries Ordinance 2023'. With this, the establishment of industries in the state will become easier. The way for the coming development will open here. Because through this the government is going to exempt industries from all permissions for three years.
Under this, no legal permission will be required for 3 years to set up an industry in Madhya Pradesh. During this period, government officials and employees will not have the right to inspect industries. For 3 years, these industries will be exempted from mandatory exemptions even under central laws.
It has been told in the ordinance that the state government will constitute a state-level committee. Which will issue a certificate to the industries based on the investment proposal. If any kind of industry-related dispute comes to the fore, this committee will settle it. The exemption will be given with the permission of all the departments including State Revenue, Urban Bodies, Panchayat State, Labour, Electricity, Commerce, Environmental Pollution Control Board, and Water Resources. Now the investors will have to register on the single window system invest portal of the state. Only after registration, the applicant has to apply for Intention to Invest. Through this, they will not need to wander to 40 places. Along with easing the way for their business, avenues of employment and development will also open in the state.
