Balaghat: Former MP Kankar Munjare, who has been accused in a case of assault in Gunai Sandghat under Khairlanji police station of Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh, was arrested from his house Azad Chowk this morning by police. It is being told that the police picked up the former MP in an under garment. In this case, the lady leader and wife Smt. Anubha Munjare have made many serious allegations against the police, including indecency on the police who arrested the former MP.

He has said that today's day will be remembered as Black Day. ADSP Pratipal Mahobia confirmed the arrest of former MP and MLA Kankar Munjare, saying that so far 3 accused have been arrested in this case. It is worth mentioning that in the case of assaulting Sandhghat personnel Ajay's father Shankarlal Lilhare in Gunai Sandghat of Khairlanji police station area, Khairlanji police on the complaint, Indu Lilhare, Ajay alias Chhotu Lilhare and Guddu, in addition to accused MP and MLA Kankar Munjare A case was registered under sections 147, 148, 294, 323, 327, 506 against others including alias Khemraj Nagpure.

In which the police arrested the accused Ajay alias Chhotu Lilhare on the day of the incident, while Guddu alias Khemraj Nagpure was arrested from the cover of Gangajari police station in Maharashtra and today the former MP and MLA Kankar Munjare has been arrested by the police.
