According to information from the sources, Pathak is accused of luring some MLAs to topple the Congress-led government of Madhya Pradesh led by Kamal Nath and the chartered plane made to take them to a hotel in Haryana.

On the question about the closure of Sanjay Pathak's mines, Jabalpur Collector Bharat Yadav said, "Yes, I have approved two iron ore mines in Sihora approved to Messrs.
