Ratlam: The case of the death of children in the district hospital of Kota in Rajasthan is still in dispute, meanwhile, the case of death of 90 newborns has come to light in the last two months in Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh. The deaths are of newborns admitted to the Special New Born Care Unit (SNCU). What is causing the deaths is being investigated.

According to the information, sick newborns are admitted to SNCU. Sick newborns were also admitted to Ratlam's SNCU. A large number of these children had respiratory problems and underweight problems. The district's chief medical officer Dr Prabhakar Nanavare told the media on Thursday that, "The data he has collected over the last two months confirms that 90 newborns have died in SNCU during this period."

He said that "how these deaths have happened, what was the reason." It is being investigated. The investigation team is looking into the reasons. "According to sources, if 12 to 15 per cent of the total admitted young people die in a month, it is normal according to the government's guide line.
