MP's Dabangg IPS Superintendent of Police Gaurav Tiwari has decided that if anyone is seen smoking in a public place in the district, he will be fined Rs 200. The Narendra Modi government at the Center has already brought rules against fume blowing in public places. But still there is no improvement seen in this situation. Now smoking in a public place in Ratlam is going to be heavy on your pocket, not only on health. If the police is seen smoking in a public place, then the police can charge you a heavy fine. After the instructions of SP Gaurav Tiwari in Ratlam, the campaign has also been started.

Gaurav Tiwari, who is identified as a domineering SP in Madhya Pradesh, informed the media that all the police stations in the district have been instructed to take action against those who smoke in public and eat tobacco. For this, the police in Ratlam, along with monitoring the public space, will also stop the public transport bus, cinema hall, garden, station, bus stand, intersection, etc. from Friday.

What will be the legal action after all?

If you do not pay the fine in Ratlam of Madhya Pradesh, then the police will take legal action against you. For which the Central Government has made a law to not smoke in public place. Instructions for effective prevention have already been given to the state governments. After the new instructions, it will no longer be easy for people to smoke in public places or spit on eating pan masala. If a person is found smoking publicly in public places, then a fine of 200 rupees will be charged. If a person does not give a fine, his challan will be deducted. After this, he will have to appear in court and fill the fine. IPS Superintendent of Police Gaurav Tiwari is praising this big step, there is a great need to bring such laws in our country.
