A 6.3 magnitude earthquake hit the  Mindoro region of the Philippines. The European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) on Friday informed that  trhe quake occurred at a depth of 144 km (89 miles).

According to the report, The temblor, which was also felt in the capital region, also registered at magnitude 6.3 at the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs). According to the initial report, The centre was traced at Calatagan in Batangas province, according to an initial. It issued no tsunami warning.

Meanwhile, An earthquake of magnitude 2.3 was reported near Delhi on Friday morning, according to India's National Center for Seismology. The epicentre of the earthquake was 18 km west-northwest (WNW) of New Delhi, India, the agency said. The earthquake struck at 5:02 AM IST at a depth of 5 km from the surface.
