Mumbai: There is a big news from Mumbai. In fact, a portion of the building in fort area has been reported to have collapsed. No loss of life or property is said to have been caused so far. According to sources close to the case, 40 people have been rescued safely. At the same time, at least six people are said to be trapped in the debris.

According to reports, the five-storey building was in Fort area in south Mumbai and fire tenders and police rushed to the spot as soon as they came to know about the incident. On the other hand, security personnel immediately started relief and rescue operations. It is also reported that the incident took place when repair work was going on in the building.

According to reports, the building is old and repair work was going on in its interiors. At the same time, it has been reported that the third and fourth floor slabs of the building collapsed and were removed from the building. It has also been reported that no one has suffered serious injuries. Relief and rescue operations are currently underway. Moreover, police are investigating the case. More information is yet to be ascertained.
