Mumbai: In view of the fast growing corona virus cases of Maharashtra, the administration is not backing down even in taking any hard decisions. The government is making every effort to keep people disease free and to prevent corona infection. In such a situation, no one is allowed to celebrate the festival. For this reason, the administration has imposed a curfew for two days in Malegaon, urging people to pray from home on the day of Shab-e-Barat.

Is the lockdown to be extended by April 30 in all states?

In fact, thousands of people from the Muslim community gather in the cemetery on the day of Shab-e-Baaraat and offer prayers to their ancestors. As people accumulate, the risk of corona infection increases manifold. In such a situation, the administration has imposed a curfew in Malegaon for two days and with the help of Muslim religious leaders, people are being appealed to pray from home.

Muslim community lives in large numbers in Malegaon City and here five Corona patients have been found. Since then, the administration is alert and doing duty by following the guidelines issued to prevent the spread of infection. Maulvis also urged people to pray from home.
