Mumbai: The situation in Maharashtra at present seems frightening to all as the situation here has become very bad due to rain. In Maharashtra, a total of 76 people have died so far due to floods and about 138 people have died so far in separate landslide incidents in the state. Yes, not only that, 890 villages in 9 districts are affected by heavy rains. It is being reported that 59 people are missing and about 90,000 people have been evacuated due to rain in the state. In addition, 75 cattle have also died so far.

Let me tell all of you that this information has been given by the Department of Help and Rehabilitation, Government of Maharashtra. On the other hand, when we talk about Raigad, landslides have been reported at a total of 6 places. Out of these, 49 bodies have been recovered so far from 2 places. On the other hand, it is reported that Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has left Mumbai today by helicopter for the flood-affected Mahad. Yes, he will also visit the flood-affected Talya village during this period. Maharashtra's Help and Rehabilitation Department has said that nine districts are affected due to heavy rains in the state at present.

The list includes Kolhapur, Raigad, Sangli, Satara, Ratnagiri, Thane, Mumbai, Sindhudurg, Pune. Rain has wreaked havoc in all these places. It is being reported that 890 villages have been affected due to floods after heavy rains. The list includes 420 villages in Pune, 243 in Kolhapur, 92 in Sangli, 120 in Satara.
