Mumbai: Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray took the BJP on his target on Sunday. During this, he said, 'If Lord Ram was not born, what issue would the BJP raise.' In fact, CM Thackeray said in a statement on Sunday that today is Ram Navami. I wonder what issue BJP would have raised in politics if Lord Ram had not been born. Because they have no issue left. That's why they keep communal issues at the forefront of politics.
Apart from this, Thackeray further said that "BJP does not have a patent of Hindutva". BJP leaders say the Shiv Sena has given up Hindutva. That's not true, we have left the BJP. The BJP does not have a patent for Hindutva and only the BJP does not mean Hindutva. The BJP tried to become a fake Hindu but the people did not support them. He also said, "Late Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray is the only Hindu Hriday Samrat. BJP's saffron is fake, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's saffron is real.''
Apart from all this, CM Thackeray blamed the BJP for the defeat of the Shiv Sena candidate in the Kolhapur seat during the assembly elections in 2019. In fact, at that time, there was an alliance between the two parties and Thackeray, who joined the campaign of Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) candidate Jayshree Jadhav through digital means in the April 12 by-election to Kolhapur North seat, wondered if "BJP had a secret alliance with Congress in the 2019 elections in this seat".
Shiv Sena is a constituent of MVA while the other partners are Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). In such a situation, Thackeray said, "In the year 2019, the votes of the Congress increased compared to the year 2014 (in Kolhapur North seat), as a result of which the Shiv Sena candidate lost despite the alliance with the BJP. He asked where did the BJP's votes go in 2019? Did you have a secret alliance with Congress at that time?
