The Maharashtra Court today has adjourned the hearing till 3 march of Congress Vice-president Rahul Gandhi in his relation in defaming the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Mr. Gandhi in a rally before the 2014 elections, blamed RSS for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi in 1948.

The Lawyer of Rahul Gandhi requested the court to adjourn the date after which the decision was declared. Last year, in November Mr. Gandhi was granted bail. In July last year, he appeared in front of magistrate D.P Kale in Bhiwandi.

In September, Rahul Gandhi withdrew his petition which was filed in the apex court and decided to face the trail.
