Mumbai: In the desire of CM post in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena left its old ally BJP and formed a government of Mahavikas Aghadi in alliance with NCP and Congress. In the last two months since the formation of the government, both Shiv Sena and NCP have started working on the promises made to them to keep hold of their vote bank. But the Congress, which included its agenda in the Common Minimum Program, has lagged behind both the Shiv Sena and the NCP in this matter.

In the hung government, there was no special or important ministry on the part of the Congress in the division of the portfolio at first and due to the differences and differences between many big leaders of the party itself, the Congress ministers could not take any major decision in favor of the public and Neither Congress has made any announcement till now. This is why Congress leaders in Maharashtra are now feeling insecure even after being in government. They are beginning to fear that their vote bank may get out of their hands with anger.

This sense of insecurity within the Congress became even more evident when former Mumbai president of Congress Milind Deora wrote a letter to the party's interim president Sonia Gandhi. Milind Deora wrote clearly in this letter that the Shiv Sena and NCP have started working on the promises made through their Common Minimum Program whereas the Congress has not taken any initiative yet on its promises to the public.
