This was the same report that Ishaan had given to the Delhi Special Cell after the blast outside the Israeli Embassy. Ishaan reportedly changed the same report to a poster threatening Ambani and prepared the fake report at Param Bir Singh's behest to prove that Ambani's threat had come from Tihar.
